Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotes, orders, production, and installation performed by AccuSigns LLC. They are maintained by AccuSigns LLC and may be updated from time to time.
Quotes and pricing
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, and site conditions described at the time of estimate. Changes to size, materials, quantity, or installation conditions may change the price, and we will confirm any revision in writing before proceeding.
Deposits and payment
Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon completion or installation. Deposits on custom work are non-refundable once production or material procurement has started.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for approving proofs before production. Once a proof is approved, you accept responsibility for spelling, layout, color direction, and dimensions shown. Reprints required due to errors in an approved proof are billable.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logos, images, or text you supply, and that our production of them does not infringe third-party rights.
Production timelines
Timelines quoted are estimates based on current shop capacity and material availability. We communicate promptly about any change. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, permitting authorities, carriers, or supplier shortages.
Permits and site conditions
Where we handle permitting, our fee covers preparation and submission; approval remains at the discretion of the local authority. You are responsible for ensuring we have legal access to the installation site and for disclosing hidden utilities, structural limitations, or landlord restrictions.
Installation
Installation is performed by insured crews during scheduled windows. Additional charges may apply for lift equipment, after-hours work, or return trips caused by site access issues outside our control.
Warranty
Fabrication and installation workmanship carry a one-year warranty. Materials and electrical components carry their manufacturer warranties, typically three to five years. Damage from vandalism, accidents, severe weather, improper cleaning, or third-party modification is not covered.
Returns and cancellations
Because our work is custom, orders cannot be returned once produced. Cancellations before production begins are refunded less any design time and materials already committed.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or revenue.
