Workmanship warranty

Fabrication and installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of installation or delivery. If a sign fails because of how it was built or mounted, we repair or replace it at no charge.

Materials and components

Substrates, vinyl, LED modules, and power supplies carry their manufacturer warranties, typically three to five years depending on the product line. We register and pass through those warranties, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What is not covered

Vandalism, vehicle impact, severe weather, power surges, improper cleaning products, pressure washing, unauthorized modification, or relocation by another contractor. Normal fading of printed graphics exposed to direct sun over time is expected wear rather than a defect.

Vehicle wraps assume factory paint in sound condition. Wraps applied over repainted, oxidized, or previously wrapped panels are excluded from adhesion claims.

Apparel and promotional products

Embroidery and printed apparel are warranted against decoration defects such as peeling or thread failure under normal care. Follow the care instructions supplied with your order; damage from bleach, high heat, or commercial laundering is not covered.

Returns and cancellations

Because nearly all of our work is custom produced to your approved proof, finished orders cannot be returned. Cancellations made before production begins are refunded less any design time and materials already committed. Reprints required by an error in an approved proof are billable.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number or install address, a short description of the issue, and photos if the problem is visible. We will schedule an inspection, confirm coverage, and give you a repair timeline in writing.
